The TRA Annual Meeting took place at the Sofitel Budapest Chains Bridge on June 7 and 8.
The event was masterfully organized this year by our Board Member Alessandro Farina and his ITL Group team, and saw TRA members participating also to the annual Budapest Business Party.
Among the guests that joined us during the event, Maurits Bruggink, Secretary General at EMOTA (the European level umbrella federation representing Online and Omni Channel trade across Europe), explained how they represent eCommerce and Omni-Channel Trade in Europe and an interesting discussion took, concerning the development of the eCommerce industry on an accounting and fiscal point of view.
Also, the elections took place seeing Mr. Grégory Moortgat (Deny Cargo – Belgium) being reconfirmed as President of TRA, Mr. Alessandro Farina (ITL Group – Hungary) becoming Vice President and Mrs. Erika Gollcher (IMD – Malta) joining the Board. Mrs. Corinne Maure was confirmed as Treasurer and Mr. Nikos Dimitrakopoulos as Board Member.
